The future of customer service?

The UK broadband provider NTL told their cusomers calling their support call center to fuck off.

Upon calling the support number the following message was played:

"Hello. You are through to NTL customer services. We don't give a f**k about you. We are never here. We just will f**k you about, basically, and we are not going to handle any of your complaints. Just f**k off and leave us alone. Get a life."

Of course it's arguable if this is less polite then torturing a customer with 30 minutes of Muzak to then provide an answer, which is equally helpful, but we still think this is a little rich.

The Register also carries the The Story.
